(if any) almond milk, unsweetened (or regular milk)<\/li><li>4 oz cheese<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Directions<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Saute peppers and onions in the olive oil until onions are soft.\u00a0<\/li><li>Add sausage if raw to the saute pan, and saute some more.<\/li><li>Mix in all the other ingredients.\u00a0<\/li><li>Cooking options:<ul><li>Bake in cast iron frying pan, 375 deg, 40 minutes, or until eggs are set. If you use too much milk, it will always be watery.<br>OR<\/li><li>Grease a pan that fits inside your pressure cooker. If you have them, you could use two stacking pans. Put a cup of water in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Put the pans in, on a trivet above the water.
