I add them one by one and build up the texture. I add the ingredients that should be more finely mixed first. Add enough cashew butter to get a consistency that will hold together. Reserve the pumpkin seeds for last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread the mixture on waxed paper. Press it into a square, to about \u00bc inch thick. Cut into bars. Press pumpkin seeds into the top for tasty decoration. Put the waxed paper on a tray and put it in the freezer. When cold, wrap the individual bars in waxed paper for future good eating.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I keep the bars in a container in the freezer.
